Municipality approves credit for traffic measures
As expected, the Gelterkinder community assembly approved a loan of 336,000 francs to implement the Tempo 30 measures. If the government council gives the green light, nothing stands in the way of traffic calming.

The petition “Tempo 30 in Gelterkinden”, deposited three years ago at the municipal administration and signed by 983 people, has served its purpose. On Wednesday, the community meeting of Gelterkinden, which took place in the triple hall Hofmatt due to the corona, approved a credit of 336,000 francs for the markings and structural measures that will be necessary for the implementation of Tempo 30 with 102 votes to 46 and 4 abstentions.
