Pensions will be higher than previously thought due to faster inflation. The valorised component increases from less than 460 to more than CZK 500, so retirees will improve by more than CZK 800 on average

Inflation in the Czech Republic, it is accelerating unexpectedly rapidly. Significantly than expected. Dramatic
more expensive such as building materials, but also used, fuel, services, food in restaurants. From September and then on in the fall electricity prices will increase, the price rises real estate i housing. But it is also rising, for example price of beer whose tobacco and some foods.

At the same time the growth rate
consumer prices enters the formula for calculating legally valorised
pensions. Due to higher than expected inflation so this year, according to the latest data, the valorised component will average over 500 crown. The average old-age reason should therefore be valorised by so much. That is more than expected. So far, it has been true that pensions will be valorised on average by less than 460 crown.

Given that retirees will receive the already approved 300 from next year in addition to valorisation crown, should improve by a total of more than eight hundred. And not just less than 760 crownas previously thought.
