Adventure Bay needs help again. A huge meteorite falls on the city’s beach and wreaks havoc, but Ryder’s team hasn’t been up to that. In the course of cleaning up damaged areas, luck would like the dogs to gain cosmic powers, which turn out to be especially useful when completing new missions. And what are the friendly characters dealing with? See for yourself in the review of Paw Patrol: Kosmopieski save the Bay of Adventure.
When you have a little player at home …
I have to admit to one thing: I started my real adventure with consoles almost at the threshold of adulthood. It is true that in my youth there was a Pegasus at home and there were moments when it was intensively used device, but no one instilled in me the bug of learning about the game stories, and I can only hear about nights spent with Szarak or PlayStation 2 from the reports of friends or relatives. However, it does not change the fact that, nowadays, spending a lot of time on games, in a way my house lives on them – and all of this, even in passing, soaks into small heads. So when I have the opportunity to sit down to the equipment with younger family members, I feel a lot of fun and unexpected feelings come to the fore.
So what productions should you choose during sessions with the youngest? Banal, but how truthful, will be the answer: first of all, those that they like and will be adapted to their age, but you do not need to remind any parent about it. I will only mention the time in front of the screen, which is extremely important for a child – if your child is under 5 years old, they should not spend more than an hour in front of the TV set. And the peer-reviewed Paw Patrol: Kosmopieski save Zatoka Przygód, ideally suited for such short sessions, because we are undertaking 7 separate, thematic missions. In addition to challenges on the beach or in the center of the Adventure Bay, Ryder and his team help friends from further corners, so we go to the jungle, to the mountains, and also to stand at the foot of a volcano. The title was produced under the license of the world hit Nickelodeon, so we meet again with Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma, Skye, Everest and Tracker.
Paw Patrol: Cosmopies Save Adventure Bay presents new adventures
The main missions don’t last too long, they are not tiring, and the action is very fast. For each of them, there are selected – just like in a fairy tale – individual dogs that can cope with adversities best. In the platformer there is no shortage of completing simple tasks, such as smashing boulders, cleaning up garbage or scooping snow, and the further path is systematically signaled. If I wanted to summarize the basic time of the game, it would probably break after about three hours. However, I can reassure you that in Paw Patrol: Kosmopieski save the Bay of Adventure we get a number of mini-games, and some of them have several levels, which effectively prolongs the fun – especially if you are fond of getting platinum, getting the maximum number of dog treats or discovering all the shields revealing animals, places or characters from the series. In this situation, you will certainly have to re-enter the stories that are extremely pleasant. What is less pleasant are the prompts that we hear regularly from Ryder’s mouth, and which often stop in the middle.
The best reward for PAW Patrol members are sweets, so during the adventure we collect crunchy snacks, just like in the previous installment – to unlock new items for the collection, we also look for PAW Patrol shields. As you may have guessed, the latest Drakhar Studio game draws handfuls from PAW Patrol: Rush to Action !, which is why the already known mechanics have been used. We jump on various ramps again, use the equipment of brave heroes to get rid of adversities on the road, e.g. we extinguish hot obstacles with the Marshall’s water cannon, reach for Chase’s spy equipment, or get on the Skye helicopter. In the case of Kosmopieski, due to a meteorite, brave and persistent animals acquire new skills, so saving the clumsy inhabitants of the city from oppression becomes even more effective, and their scope is slightly more impressive. It’s cosmic rock that makes Rubble super strong, Chase is super fast, Zuma rules water, and Everest can freeze anything. However, I would say that compared to the previous adventure, the gameplay has not been refreshed too much – which is both an advantage and a disadvantage of the game. In review Paw Patrol: Kosmopieski save the Bay of Adventure I also can’t forget one thing: although we don’t experience too detailed graphics or character details, the title can include some animation drops, and some locations are not too polished. What’s more, there were times when the controls were very clumsy – and when we face a competition where reflexes and speed count, my little companion complained more than once.
In the process of learning Paw Patrol: Kosmopieski save the Bay of Adventure we use the basic buttons on the controller, which is perfect for acquiring experience in using the pad. Before each mission, Ryder explains how it goes, outlining exactly what needs to be done. I don’t use PlayStation 4 anymore, so I started the team’s adventure on the next-gen Sony. It was a big surprise for me that the DualSense was highlighted with the color characteristic for a given pooch.

These issues, however, do not change the fact that the game is a lot of fun. It is still a colorful, very pleasant to read and positive story for kids – if your home has a PAW Patrol fan, I can confidently say that it is a must-see.
The youngest player does not have to experience the story on his own. Thanks to the cooperation in the reviewed Paw Patrol: Kosmopieski save the Bay of Adventure the main missions can be completed in two, which is perfect when the child does not necessarily cope with the game. However, if you have a young player with you who loves to explore locations on his own, not necessarily following the indicated path – the camera can play a trick and make it difficult to continue following the location.
I already know the song “Our Patrol …” by heart, but it did not prevent me from having a pleasant time with Paw Patrol: Kosmopieski save the Bay of Adventure. Drakhar Studio’s proposal has a few flaws that will most likely offend only the parent. Keep a close eye on them, however, because the youngest ones will get into new challenges by shooting a water cannon, overcoming obstacles on the obstacle course or freezing a giant robot – after all, Ryder with Chase and the team are not just anyone, and the city needs help.
