TRIBUNNEWS.COM – AS Roma coach Paulo Fonseca provided the defense after his side lost the away game against AC Milan.
AS Roma has just reaped bad results when a visit to the AC Milan headquarters which ended 2-0 in the 28th week of the Italian League on Sunday (6/28/2020).
Taking place at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium, AC Milan’s winning goal was scored through Ante Rebic and Hakan Calhanoglu.
This defeat also made Paulo Fonseca speak up to his defense.

According to him, AS Roma had played well when successfully defeated their opponents in the first round.
But the good game did not last long after the second half began or rather started in the 50th minute.
“We played well in the first half, it was a balanced match and we controlled it.”
“About 10 minutes after the restart, Milan pressed higher, but without creating any real chances.”
“We gave them a game in the same situation that made us concede against Sampdoria,” Fonseca told DAZN as quoted by Football-Italy.

Fonseca added that the Giallorossi’s game began to deteriorate after the opening goal of the match.
