During the first race of the MTB World Cup round in Nove Mesto (Czech Republic), Pauline Ferrand-Prévot suffered a severe fall which forced her to go to hospital. The Frenchwoman spent the whole night there from Friday to Saturday. Fortunately, for the reigning world champion, it remains more of a fear. Reassuring on a Facebook post, she is obviously not too physically touching.
Pauline Ferrand-Prévot quickly recovered
Barely fallen, Ferrand-Prévot will return to battle. While his fall on Friday at the MTB World Cup could have led to believe in a period of unavailability, that will not be the case in the end. From this Sunday, she will be at the start again. Certainly, the French champion will not be there to make up the figures.
