parties of more than 10 people remain prohibited

Since March 13, participation in ceremonies such as weddings, baptisms or burials is done under strict conditions following measures announced by the federal government to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

This Wednesday, the National Security Council met again and decided that places of worship could reopen this Monday, June 8. Religious ceremonies can therefore be held again but the parties or other celebrations that take place on the fringes thereof are considered to be gatherings of more than ten people without social distancing and are therefore not yet on the agenda.

However, as of July 1, the banquet and reception rooms will reopen. This will be possible with a maximum of 50 participants. And this, under the same conditions as those provided in the restoration.

Large gatherings are not yet allowed

Summer is also a good time for gatherings, the organization of fairs or village festivals. VSactivities are likely to generate crowds, they remain prohibited until August 1st.

Nightlife with its nightclubs, parties and discos for example, where there is no safe distance, will not be allowed to reopen until the end of August.
