Paris Hilton reveals why she used a surrogate mother for her children

During the premiere of the second season of her reality TV show “Paris in Love”, Paris Hilton revealed that the choice to use a surrogate mother was very difficult and that she would have liked to be pregnant.

While Paris Hilton shared the birth of her second child, London, on the networks a week ago, she is now speaking out about the decision she and her husband made to use a surrogate mother.

A difficult choice

In the first episode of the second season of “Paris in love”, the heiress confides that she would have really liked to become pregnant, but that with her celebrity, it was more prudent to use a surrogate mother. A decision that was difficult to make with her husband, Carter Reum, 42 years old:

she announces, before confiding that she would have liked to live the experience of carrying the baby in her belly, to feel the blows and live all these exciting moments of pregnancy.

For health and safety reasons, the couple chose to use a surrogate mother to carry and deliver their biological baby, Phoenix Barron, now 10 months old, in secret. For once, she wanted to have control over her life and not let the media speculate about her pregnancy and future children. Her husband also speaks about wanting to protect their children from this celebrity that imposes itself on them. “By having a family with Paris, we want our children to grow up normally and not always be known as Paris Hilton’s children,” he said.
