Parents of Christian Nodal are sued for alleged fraud

The controversy does not stop for Christian Nodal, and it is that Universal Music would have denounced Christian Nodal’s parents for alleged simulation of contracts.

This Tuesday during the show program Ventaneando, it was announced that the record label under which Nodal produced his music, Universal Music, would have acted legally against his parents, Christina Nodal and Jaime González, for allegedly having appropriated content that legally, it belongs to the label.

It is worth mentioning that since last November Nodal and the record company had a legal dispute for alleged breach of contract.

Just last February 17 it was announced that Nodal signed a contract with Sony Music, so this could lead to distribution problems.

According to what was said in Ventaneando, the representatives of Universal would have gone to the Prosecutor’s Office to file a complaint for the crime of generic fraud, since the parents of the interpreter of Goodbye Love would have allegedly “simulated the contracts” to get hold of the phonograms and videograms, for which Universal had already paid their rights.
