Volendam – On Sunday 16 May, the police found 28-year-old Eva Veerman from Volendam dead in her home. Her boyfriend, 34-year-old Jordan M., is arrested as a suspect and commits suicide a month later in prison in Westzaan. Father Johan (60) and mother Anneke Veerman (58) try to hold their own. “I thought: maybe she’s sleeping.”
