Chairman (Ketum) of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Ganesha’s Sleigh expressed his desire to become the Governor of DKI Jakarta. Secretary of the DKI DPRD PAN faction, Oman Rohman Rakinda, satirized Giring’s ambitions.
“Wow, how come the target is down, right? The billboard is a presidential candidate,” said Oman to reporters, Saturday (11/6/2022).
However, the member of Commission E of the DKI Jakarta DPRD still respects his ambition Giring. He also suggested that Giring improve his political communication.
“But we also respect his ambition, it seems that political communication must be improved,” said Oman.
According to Oman, the people of Jakarta will elect a leader who has a vision to advance Jakarta. He believes that Jakartans are tired of gimmicks.
“The people of Jakarta are intelligent, the vision and narrative of advancing Jakarta will be the preferences of the people to vote. If they are just sarcastic, people are lazy with such gimmicks,” said Oman.
Sleigh Ambition
Giring Ganesha reveals his ambition to become the Governor of DKI Jakarta. Although he wants to be the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Giring admits that he is currently focused on winning PSI. He wants to realize his dream to win PSI in the 2024 General Election.
“I really want to one day be the Governor of DKI Jakarta. But not now, OK?” said Giring as reported by CNNIndonesia.com, Friday (10/6/2022).
Previously, Giring also expressed his desire to become President of the Republic of Indonesia. He even intends to run for president in the 2024 election.
However, later, Giring He canceled his intention to run in the 2024 presidential election. The former Nidji vocalist felt he was not worthy and would focus more on pushing his cadres forward in the legislative elections.
“Now my big goal is how PSI wins in 2024, that was then,” he added.
