For Lorenzo Dávila, general director of OSUR: “Palma’s commitment to the remunicipalization of its public services has taken its toll on the Mallorcan executive since not only has it not resulted in better management of them, but which has led to a significant decline in the quality. Thus, weighed down by street cleaning that is rejected by 75% of the citizens and the water supply that has half the population dissatisfied and the worst result of the entire Observatory, clearly due to the poor quality of the water that perceived by the citizens and rejected by 79% of the residents, Palma it sinks to the last place in the satisfaction ranking, no less than 30th place. A result of municipal policies that has been carried forward the effort of previous years and that is perceived very negatively by citizens”.
