Jeddah: Officials from “Nusk”, a digital platform launched by the Saudi ministry Hajj Umrah, announced that more packages have been prepared for those who want to perform Umrah in different parts of the world. Packages have been introduced to offer greater convenience to pilgrims and to simplify the process of reaching Mecca and Medina. Package prices start at 830 Saudi riyals ($ 222). The package includes the visit visa fee, insurance and a five-night stay in Mecca.
However, this does not include travel tickets, meals and personal expenses. A link to their website on the “Nusk” platform has also been added to help them book tickets and timetables for the Haramain Express train between Mecca and Medina. On October 10, the Hajj Umrah Ministry launched a revamped unified digital platform called “NUSK”. The platform offers various services and information related to Hajj and Umrah.
The platform has now been updated with the addition of new services in the “Transport Services” tab. The new platform was launched for visitors to Mecca and Medina with the aim of enhancing the pilgrim experience and facilitating their worldwide arrival procedures, allowing pilgrims to perform Umrah with ease. It also helps to improve the quality of the services provided. This is to achieve the goals of the “Vision 2030”.
