After Godfall last December, it was the turn of another game developed for the next generation of consoles to reveal itself. Square Enix has just released a trailer for the ambitious Outriders.
This new license, unveiled at E3 2019 and designed by People Can Fly (Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment), will immerse the player in a completely new RPG shooter. The story ofOutriders takes place in a post-apocalyptic mode in which violence is omnipresent. We will be able to explore various environments there and use supernatural powers to kill our adversaries. A more classic arsenal of firearms will also be at our disposal.

Outriders will also put cooperation in the spotlight since the entire adventure will be playable from 1 to 3 players. The developers promise “countless hours of play” and totally unbridled action. It remains to be seen whether the scenario will not be relegated to the background to emphasize the “shooter” dimension of the software.
In addition to the first gameplay trailer (available at the top of this article), Square Enix has announced a livestream that will take place on February 13 at 9:00 p.m. French time. During this broadcast, the editor will detail the different elements of the game. Outriders will be released at the end of the year on SP5, Xbox Series X, PS4, Xbox One and PC (via Steam).
