Assumes responsibility for the further development of our quality management system as well as for the employees entrusted with it, provides advice to all stakeholders, both within and across universities, and above all with regard to the correct implementation of our monitoring processes, reliably takes care of the central coordination of the entire evaluation area and our stakeholders with regard to der quality indicators advises, designs and maintains internal and external interfaces related to quality management, plans and controls the entire committee work of the quality management system as well as developing its structures and thus contributes comprehensively to the optimization of the work within the quality management department in terms of a modern and flexible system that is as digital as possible .

We expect a completed university degree (at least Bachelor, possibly Dipl. (Uni) or Master) For the fulfillment of these tasks the following are also required: Relevant professional experience in the area of ​​study program development, in the area of ​​program / system accreditation or in the area of ​​quality management at universities Knowledge of the basic structures and processes, especially the program accreditation processes in the university area, experience with the visualization of data for Analysis and interpretation Good knowledge of the relevant legal principles of quality management (e.g. study accreditation treaty, MRVO, HochSchG) Experience in the use of classic software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as, if necessary, Access and Adobe Organizational talent and implementation strength as well as the ability and skill to change processes to accompany and promote extraordinary commitment and service orientation with a friendly but determined demeanor Reliability, resilience and flexibility The ability to work safely, independently, systemic hem thinking and very good work organization Very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken, would be desirable: Experience in managing and implementing projects Good knowledge of quantitative and qualitative empirical methods Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written Experience in the use of statistical programs such as SPSS software for the digital processing of Content, e.g. B.
