Optimistic that the Rp. 2.2 Trillion Target is Achieved, Paramount Focuses on Commercial Products

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Paramount Land will focus the business on development commercial products as a strategic strategy to face the economic slowdown.

This is following the absorption of Arcadia commercial products Big 130 units with prices starting from Rp. 990 million which were marketed in January.

Paramount Land Director Aryo Tri Ananto added, Pisa Grande is designed with a concept that emphasizes flexibility to accommodate various business opportunities ranging from cafes, bakeries, restaurants and creative spaces.

From the sale of the Pisa Grande, Paramount Land expects a gain revenue around Rp. 240 billion, with an investment value of Rp. 120 billion.

Meanwhile, overall until July 2020, Paramount Land has printed marketing revenue amounting to 60 percent or Rp 1.32 trillion of this year’s total target of Rp 2.2 trillion.

The largest contributor came from Arcadia Grande commercial products, and Nara Village residences with segments starting from Rp 1.7 billion, totaling 131 units.

“So, even though the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are still able to score sales. Until the end of 2020 we are optimistic that the target is achieved through Pisa Grande and other new products,” said Nawawi.
