10-year-old Lucy is a model child and likes to help out in her parents’ ice cream parlor after school. When the expensive ice machine breaks down, the family faces ruin. Since the family bank does not want to give the family a loan, Lucy decides to take matters into her own hands: she starts “Operation Lucyfer” and plans to rob the bank. But first she has to learn what it means to be a gangster.
