Opel Insignia is one of the brand’s relatively new models after the first generation appeared in 2008 and the second arrived on the market in 2017. The third generation is expected to be introduced in 2024, but with a much different idea than the current models.
According to AutoExpress, the stylish Insignia will become a raised model with SUV features, similar to the C5 X, which was introduced in 2021.
With both brands under Stellantis’ hat, we expect the new Insginia and C5 X to share much of their technology and drivetrain, but with different designs, like the 2008 Mokka or the new Corsa and the latest generation 208.
