We believe that Civinity namai Klaipėda, possibly having an acquaintance in a state-owned company, has started to apply a new fraud model.
“Possibly falsifying documents and finding a loyal person living in an apartment building, he takes over the care of the whole house with his hands, ignoring the interests of other co – owners of the apartment building,” stated J. Skeivienė.
The suspicions of Klaipėda residents regarding the Center of Registers have not been broken.
The initiative group collected the signatures of 55 apartment owners in order to cancel the joint activity agreement with Civinity Namai Klaipėda.
However, this request was rejected by the Center of Registers. Employees of the Klaipėda branch of the state-owned company “untied the documents” and found something to stick to – five residents of the house made a mistake when writing their year of birth. Although the above-mentioned joint activity agreement was registered in the Center of Registers, Civinity Namai Klaipėda submitted documents that should have caused much greater suspicion.
People’s signatures are collected on the wrong pages, they do not contain only the apartment numbers, but also the dates of birth of the signatories.
J. Skeivienė has no doubt that a gross violation of legal acts has been committed. This was also confirmed by the lawyers consulted by Klaipėda residents.

Subsequent deregistration of the legal fact was established after finding that the submitted agreement had not been signed by the majority of the apartment owners of the apartment building.
