One hundred thousand per head and appreciation for that. Jablotron will share the profit with its employees

Holding Jablotron Group, headed by Dalibor Dědek, recorded a net profit of around six hundred million crowns last year. The money earned is invested by a group that not only deals with security technology, back into technology, innovation and development, but also distributes some to employees.

Sixteen of them work in eighteen holding companies. Newly, ten percent of the net profit is distributed among them as a benefit in addition to the salary. This year it will be one hundred thousand crowns “per head”.

The payout of shares is the same for everyone, regardless of whether it is a developer or a cleaner. But the money will go to virtual investment accounts, where they will continue to appreciate through the investment fund. And if people want to withdraw them from the account, they can reach them after five years.

“The goal is for our employees to perceive that when a person does business, it is not about the fact that the money that the company generates can be taken away immediately. But that they need to be further invested. It will be corporate savings that motivate them to stay in Jablotron for at least five years. And we will do everything to make their money worthwhile, ”explains Jablotron founder Dalibor Dědek. According to him, the benefit will contribute to further motivation of employees. “Without them, our company would not be where it is today,” he adds.

In the investment fund, the company has been valuing its own money for several years. He will now offer his employees the opportunity to join the system and become co-entrepreneurs.

“In the past, we kept personal accounts for people, but then the legislation forbade it. We will give them new money from the profit and they will be able to add their own savings to them in the future. For this reason, we have applied for permission from the Czech National Bank and we will convert the investment fund into an investment company, ”explains Dalibor Dědek.

But the Jablonec entrepreneur is not the only one who likes to share the profit with his employees. Lubo Smid, the majority owner of the development company STRV from Karlín, Prague, distributed more than twenty million crowns among his majority.

The fact that the company did well last year and the profit climbed to 105 million crowns, which is fifty-eight percent more than in the previous year, led him to do so. “The success of STRV is the success of all of us, so I wanted to make it clear to my colleagues,” commented Lubo Smid.
