The lyrics he wrote to Amalia and her boyfriend have “sinister, violent, sexual and terrifying connotations,” the officer said. The suspect has been forcibly admitted several times and, according to the Pieter Baan Center, is suffering from schizophrenia. G. is always avoiding treatment, which is why the Public Prosecution Service is of the opinion that compulsory hospital care is required.
The judge will rule on the case on November 3.
