He is also concerned about overpopulation and the depletion of natural resources. A few months before the song was released, it was announced that there were 5 billion people in the world. Meanwhile, the world population consists of 7.8 billion people.

entertainment">BRAKE. broke with the album Document, upon which It’s the End of the World as We Know It (And I Feel Fine) state, worldwide. Other well-known hits from the band are Losing My Religion, Everybody Hurts and Shiny Happy People. The band broke up in 2011.
