Thiruvananthapuram: The Travancore Titanium Factory has been shut down due to an oil spill. The action is as per the directions of the Pollution Control Board. Once the oil component is completely removed, the company will remain open.

The company’s furnace oil leaked today. It spread over two kilometers in the sea. In this situation, the district administration has imposed a temporary ban on the public and tourists at Veli and Shankhumukham beaches and seas. . Fishing is also impossible.
