According to the organization, the three weekends are necessary to somewhat compensate for the lost income of two summers without a festival. “This is very good news for us,” said Tomorrowland’s Debby Wilmsen. “We have not been able to organize Tomorrowland for two years. We are therefore very much looking forward to both the winter edition in France and the 3 summer weekends in the Schorre.”
“The third weekend is exceptional and will therefore only be for 2022,” emphasizes the organization. In addition, some measures will also be taken to reduce nuisance for the neighbourhood. For example, Tomorrowland will no longer deploy its own helicopters and the closing time of the welcome party at camping Dreamville will be brought forward to midnight.
