Salernitana has decided to rely on a trust to solve the timeshare problem and be able to proceed with the registration to the next Serie A. This was communicated by the same Campania club with an official note on its website:
“In compliance with the prescriptions of the Italian Football Federation, Omnia Service Srl and Morgenstern Srl declare that they have transferred their respective shareholdings equal to the entire share capital of US Salernitana 1919 Srl to the Salernitana 2021 trust aimed at the sale of the aforementioned shareholdings.
The General was appointed as the new Sole Administrator of the US Salernitana 1919 Ugo Marchetti. All the documents were sent to the FIGC.
