Nearly half a million patients are hospitalized and/or seen at the Rennes University Hospital every year. Every day, its staff save lives and restore health to hundreds of patients. Researchers are discovering new ways to detect and treat the disease. The CHU is organized around several sites:

  • Pontchaillou for adult pathologies in medicine and surgery,
  • The South Hospital specializing in the care of women and children,
  • The Hôtel Dieu with the Damien Delamaire Pavilion for the elderly,
  • La Tauvrais for the long stay of particularly dependent elderly people,
  • Two units on the Polyclinique Saint-Laurent site as part of a partnership with the HSTV group, in order to take care of all patients at every stage of life.

The Rennes University Hospital is looking for a Human Resources Manager (M/F) within the Human Resources Department.

The Jobs and Staffing Office (BEE) and working time, is responsible for HR practices, staff monitoring and application of the regulations in force for non-medical staff, i.e. just over 8,400 full-time staff or contractual.

Under the responsibility of the HR Manager, you will be the HR referent in the day-to-day administrative management of your perimeter.

Your main activities:

  • Be the interlocutor of the agents and assist the management on the HR component.
  • Be responsible for HR practices and the application of the regulations in force.
  • Ensure and ensure the updating of the individual files of the agents.
  • Write contracts, endorsements, letters, decisions.
  • Be responsible for assignments and numbering of staff.
  • Participate in monthly meetings with the CSS, on the management of replacements and staff.
  • Be responsible for the allocation and removal of bonuses related to the position held.
  • Track absences and enter variable payroll elements.
