The Russian Federation attached to the meeting of the Security Council UN odious pro-Russian activist Tatyana Montyan.
The meeting was devoted to the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
Montyan said that Kiev never intended to implement the Minsk agreements, but only took a break to strengthen the army and try to fight off the self-proclaimed “LPR” and “DPR” by force.
