Obstetrician Jesús Peña Peña dies by COVID-19 in Mérida

The gynecologist Jesus Peña Peña, 67, died this Tuesday, August 4 in the state Merida for complications associated with COVID-19, confirmed a doctor friend and companion of the specialist.

Peña Peña had 15 days in the intensive care unit from the COVID-19 area of Los Andes University Hospital from the city of Merida. He worked for many years at the Hospital de Santa Bárbara, in the state of Zulia, and also dedicated himself to the private exercise of his profession.
