The ten participants each in the promotion round to the regional league and the relegation round from the upper league have now been determined. The 2-0 victory of Kickers Emden in the catch-up game of the Weser-Ems / Lüneburg season against TuS Bersenbrück had ensured that the situation was clear.

Lupo / Martini takes eleven points with them in the promotion round. 1. FC Germania Egestorf / Langreder (17), SV Ramlingen / Ehlershausen (11) and Arminia Hannover (7) will also play from the Hannover / Braunschweig relay on ten match days between March 13th and May 22nd at home and away TuS BW Lohne (14), Emdener (13), Heeslinger SC (11), SC Spelle-Venhaus (9) and VfL Oldenburg (8).

MTV Gifhorn finished the Lower Saxony / Bremen season in seventh place, taking eleven points into the relegation round, Wolfenbüttel 14, Göttingen ten and Northeim nine. Six of the ten teams have to relegate, from the Weser-Ems / Lüneburg season there are now Bersenbrück (11), Rotenburger SV (16), FC Hagen / Uthlede (8), MTV Eintracht Celle (8) and TB Uphusen (9) Opponents of the MTV.
The participants are standing, the scores are not all fixed yet. Heeslingen still has to catch up with the game against Rotenburg, Eintracht Celle still has to catch up with his game against Hagen / Uthlede.
There are not yet any schedules for either season, and the start date is not considered to be set in stone.
