NY Senate Approves Bill to Expand Metro-North Rail Service to Four New Bronx Stations and Penn Station

The New York Senate approved a bill introduced by the representative of the state’s 32nd district, Luis Sepulvedawhich seeks to expand Metro-North rail service to four new stations in The Bronx and to Pennsylvania Station, also known as New York Penn Station or Penn Station.

The approval of law S6682A was considered “a historic milestone” by the senator who insisted that the project “will directly benefit the Dominican community and all residents of the Bronx.”
