There has been speculation for some time about new models of graphics cards in the GeForce RTX 3000 series, which should include similarly updated versions as in the previous generation. Informant with a nickname Kopite7kimi posted unofficial listing of “Super” versions. The offer should look like this:
Model | Cuda jader | VRAM |
---|---|---|
GeForce RTX 3060 | 3 584 | 12 GB GDDR6 |
GeForce RTX 3060 Super | 5 632 | 12 GB GDDR6 |
GeForce RTX 3060 Ti | 4 864 | 8 GB GDDR6 |
GeForce RTX 3070 | 5 888 | 8 GB GDDR6 |
GeForce RTX 3070 Super | 5 888 | 8 GB GDDR6X |
GeForce RTX 3070 Ti | 6 144 | 8 GB GDDR6X |
GeForce RTX 3080 | 8 704 | 10 GB GDDR6X |
GeForce RTX 3080 Super | 8 960 | 8 GB GDDR6X |
GeForce RTX 3080 Ti | 10 240 | 12 GB GDDR6X |
GeForce RTX 3090 | 10 496 | 24 GB GDDR6X |
GeForce RTX 3090 Super | 10 752 | 24 GB GDDR6X |
In addition to changes in memory and the number of cuda cores, higher frequencies can be expected, so the increase in performance should be above 10%. It is not yet clear when Nvidia will introduce these models and how it will be with availability. Currently, after a slight improvement, there is a deterioration in availability and prices, which, together with the end of the year and greater demand, is certainly not a good sign.
