Novak Djokovic can achieve 1,000 career victories in the 2021 season. In our day and age, those considered by most to be the top three tennis players of all time have played in the tennis world. Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic have been dueling at the top of the men’s tennis tour for years, which gives the audience great games and records, and every year each of us comes to terms with a new record that one of these three players can break.
In addition to excellent quality, these three athletes were recognized for their longevity, their ability to improve over time, and break new records. Achieving 1000 wins on the ATP Tour is anything but easy, but two of the Big Three have already made it and Novak Djokovic is a serious candidate for the next place.
Federer has won 1242 games while Nadal, who hit the 1000 game milestone in 2020, has won 1004 games. Djokovic currently has 934 wins on the tour. Without the problems caused by the pandemic, the Serbian champions would likely be even closer to that number, but if no more tournaments are canceled this year, it is likely that 2021 will be the year of Novak Djokovic’s 1000 wins in the ATP Tour.

If you look at the ranking of ATP victories this season, apart from unforeseen injury-related events, Roger Federer could keep his place as the tennis player with the most wins in tennis history.
At the same time, Rafael Nadal is still a long way from the top two (and who knows if he will ever catch them) but he has a chance this year to overtake Ivan Lendl in the overall standings. In order to achieve 1,000 wins, Novak Djokovic would have to win 66 games in 2021, a record he has not achieved since 2015.
With the exception of the 2017 season when he was injured and the 2020 season caused by COVID-19, the number one in the world has always been close to these numbers and therefore it is not impossible to get this result.
