Nottingham Forest has landed a world champion.
As the “Tricky Trees” officially announce, Gonzalo Montiel is coming on loan from FC Sevilla for the current season. According to reports, last year’s Premier League promoted will then have a purchase option for the 26-year-old right-back.
Montiel has played 23 international matches for Argentina. At the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, the defender was used four times and played his part in the triumph of the “Albiceleste”. Montiel converted the final penalty in the final against France.
