A notice published in the Official Journal appeals to employers’ organizations wishing to become representatives in the business sector in the service of creation, events and entertainment (which includes theIDCC 2717l’IDCC 2397 et IDCC 2519 as well as all the event agencies indicated in “conventional vacuum”).
The stated objective is to define the list of representative employers’ organizations within the useful perimeter for the negotiation of companies in the service of creation and the event. This sector includes companies that may have one of the following APE codes: 7729Z, 7739Z, 5911B, 5911C, 7021Z, 7022Z, 7311Z, 7312Z, 8230Z, 9001Z, 9002Z, 9003B et 9329Z.
Employers’ organizations interested in having their representativeness recognized within this scope have until August 18, 2023 to make known their wish to submit an application file to the services of the Ministry of Labour, Full Employment and Integration.
