In accordance with the jurisprudence that admits the appeal against the single precautionary decrees of the tar presidents, which irreversibly define the dispute, the AC ChievoVerona company intends to appeal to the President of the Council of State, against the presidential decree of the Lazio TAR which rejected the application for single-party precautionary measures.
The Company will also appeal against the provision for the release of the members, illegitimately adopted today by the Italian Football Federation.
In this regard, the Company points out that the judgment before the Lazio TAR is still pending before the Lazio TAR and that the Federation itself, in its defense, had hypothesized that, in the event of acceptance of the precautionary request following the chamber of Council set for September 6, ChievoVerona could be enrolled in supernumerary in the Serie B championship. Today’s illegitimate provision is clearly in contrast with this hypothesis.
