BOLASPORT.COM – Persib Bandung coach, Robert Alberts, hinted that he would release one young player to compete in League 2 or League 3.

Changes in regulations regarding the elimination of club obligations to play U-23 players in League 1 2020 made Persib Bandung streamline the squad at the start of the season.

In mid-February, Persib Bandung dropped four young players from the main squad this season.

The four players are Indra Mustafa, Wildan Ramdani, Puja Abdillah, and Agung Mulyadi.

The four of them were sent to defend the satellite team of Maung Bandung, Bandung United, in order to increase flight hours.

Persib itself does have a program to develop young players through coaching in the satellite team.

Persib Bandung coach, Robert Alberts, stated that the satellite team could be a means of transition for players who had previously entered the age group competition and are now down in senior competition.

Given that the age group team has an orientation for coaching players, which is certainly different from the senior team that has an achievement orientation.
