Another nation has qualified for the UEFA F17-EC 2024 in Sweden. Norway secured their place in the championship after Sunday’s win against Sweden. The Norwegians won with the odd goal 1-0 at home in Stavanger and thus became the fourth country to qualify for the tournament.
In May, the UEFA F17 EC will come to Sweden. Malmö and Lund will host the championship, which will be played May 5-18.
In addition to Sweden, which is directly qualified as the host nation, Portugal became the first country to qualify for the championship. Earlier in the week, Belgium and England also secured their places in the tournament and now Norway has also qualified for the championship. Thus, five of the tournament’s eight teams are finished.
Norway’s road to UEFA F17 European Championship 2024 went through a 2-1 victory against Switzerland, 1-1 against Wales and then 1-0 in the derby against Sweden in the last match.
Norway has played in the tournament on five occasions before and is therefore participating this year for the sixth time. The last time Norway played the UEFA F17 European Championship was in 2022, when it was a pass in the group stage. The country has at best reached the semi-finals of the tournament, this on three occasions: 2009, 2016 and 2017.

The tournament will be drawn on Tuesday 26 March and the general ticket release will take place on Wednesday 27 March. Since before, the tickets for Sweden’s matches have already been released.
