Red and yellow autumn colors characterize the EU’s infection map of Norway. Now Trøndelag and Møre og Romsdal are also red.

Together with Iceland, Norway is now the reddest country in the Nordic region. On the other hand, the whole of Sweden is now yellow.
Oslo remains the only dark red spot in the Nordic region.
On the other hand, Cyprus goes from dark red to red, which means that there is no requirement for quarantine hotels if FHI follows the recommendations from the EU.
Otherwise, the status is the same for all EU countries. Poland, the Czech Republic, as well as most of Slovakia and Hungary are the only green countries.
For green countries, there is no requirement for a negative test before entering Norway or quarantine. For orange and red countries, it is limited who has the right to travel to Norway, and those who enter must have a certificate of negative testing before entry, test themselves at the border upon arrival and in the entry quarantine.
Travelers from dark red countries must be in quarantine hotels.
If you have been fully vaccinated or have undergone covid-19 in the last six months, you are completely excluded from the travel quarantine.
If you only received the first vaccine dose between 3 and 15 weeks ago, you are exempt from quarantine hotels and can take the travel quarantine at home or in another suitable place. After three days in the travel quarantine, you can take a PCR test. If it is negative, you can end the quarantine.
