Operating an office work automation solution Norispaceannounced on the 6th that it will accelerate the global expansion of ‘WorKit’, a solution for improving corporate work productivity, by participating in the world’s largest mobile exhibition ‘MWC 2024’. Founded in 2021, Norispace has focused on automating office work through AI with the goal of creating an environment where unnecessary tasks can be left to AI and people can focus on more valuable work.

WorkIt was developed to help corporate managers who have difficulty managing work hours and work concentration due to remote work or hybrid work. The core function is to increase work productivity by identifying work data and analyzing work concentration.

Specifically, WorkIt collects user work data and provides insights such as △work/non-work △user work concentration △efficiency △PC usage time △program usage patterns through a web dashboard based on the accumulated work data.

A NoriSpace official said, “In the short term, the main users will be corporate teams interested in work concentration, freelancers who work on a project basis, and companies that provide online lecture services that require learning performance management.”

Norispace supports work management more efficiently by providing Workit’s functions in a plug-in manner to companies that manage work through existing human resource management (HR) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.

Norispace unveiled Workit for the first time at ‘CES 2024’, the world’s largest IT and home appliance exhibition held in Las Vegas, USA, in January and began full-fledged global sales.

Shin Hyun-joon, CEO of Norispace, said, “If the function to visualize work process analysis results is implemented in the future, it will become a solution that can be used more universally.” He added, “We will provide a human resource management service that quantitatively measures work concentration by continuously learning work-related data.” “I will provide it,” he said.

He added, “We will strengthen our technological capabilities to analyze business processes based on accumulated data to simultaneously enter the global business process automation market and human management market and advance our business.”
