LOCRISTSThe NMBS has launched an investigation into the action of a train conductor on the train between Ghent and Lochristi. A check on Monday showed 12-year-old Norah Hertecant didn’t have her subscription with her, usually meaning paying extra. However, it turned out that the girl also forgot her wallet. “We understand that a photo of her subscription on her smartphone is not enough, but the conductor’s reaction? That was all. Norah broke down in tears at home,” her mother testified.
