No transaction was concluded under the tender offer for KCI shares, informed DM BOŚ, who intermediated in the tender offer.
At the end of June, Gremi International called for the sale of 25,541,889 KCI shares, constituting 37.24 percent. the company’s capital, PLN 0.58 per share. At the beginning of July, the price was adjusted to PLN 0.59.
As a result of the call, Gremi International intended to achieve 100 percent. KCI shares and withdraw this company from the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Subscriptions in the tender offer were accepted from July 16 to August 17.
“The exchange transaction under the tender offer is planned for August 20, 2020 due to the lack of subscriptions, will not be concluded” – stated in the announcement.
KCI deals with purchase and sale of real estate, as well as their rental and management. (PAP Biznes)
