Macky Sall 2012 Heritage Statement
1- Direct real estate
A- A villa in kind of built land, located in Dakar, locality Patte d’Oie 2, lot n ° S032, with a surface capacity of two hundred and five square meters (205m2) to be distracted by breaking up the land title number ten thousand one hundred and seventy-four from the Communes of Dakar and Gorée (TF n ° 10.174 / DG), acquired on October 05, 2001 at the price of twelve million (12,000,000) CFA francs, including eight million in credit by the BHS over 15 years . The villa is currently valued at two hundred and fifty million (250,000,000) CFA francs, taking into account the average price of transactions in the area.
B- A villa consisting of pain and care built on land located in Niague, Jardins du Lac subdivision, forming lot number 10 with an area of two hundred and forty (240) square meters, acquired on December 21, 2004 at the price of twelve million (12,000,000) CFA francs. Said villa has not recorded any capital gain due to its age and is valued at the sum of twelve million (12,000,000) CFA francs.
C- Bare land, located in Dakar, place called Almadies, with an area of two thousand sixty nine (2069) square meters and subject to the land title number seven thousand one hundred and eighty two of the commune of Grand Dakar (Title land number / 7182 / GRD). The said land is currently valued at the sum of two hundred million (200,000,000) CFA francs, taking into account the average price of transactions in the area.
D- An apartment (Town Home) located in Houston, Texas (USA), with an area of three hundred (300) square meters. The said apartment is estimated at the sum of two hundred and twenty thousand dollars ($ 220,000), the equivalent value of which in CFA francs on this date is approximately one hundred and nine million five hundred and twenty thousand three hundred and twelve (109,520. 312) CFA francs. This apartment is the subject of an ongoing bank reimbursement until 2017.
E- A villa of two thousand square meters in Saly Portudal, opposite the Teranga hotel. Said villa is built on the ground floor plus one (R + 1). It has an estimated value of two hundred and fifty (250,000,000) million.
F- A two-bedroom villa plus living room in the full South-Saly, acquired at thirty five million (35.OO0.OOO) of CFA francs, in 2002, with a current value of fifty million (50,000,000) million francs CFA.
G- Bare land located at Fatick (Fatick 2 subdivision) of one thousand two hundred (1,200) square meters by allocation of a current value of six (6) million.
H- A nine (9) hectare piece of land granted in 2004 to Sébikhotane Filfili for agricultural use.
2- Indirect Real Estate
A- A window villa Mermoz, Dakar with an area of six hundred and ninety-nine (699) square meters, forming the lot number FM / 87, parcel of the land title number five hundred sixty nine of the land book of Grand Dakar ( TF. N ° 569 / GRD ex TF N ° 22259 / DG), acquired on October 07, 2006, at a price of one hundred and thirty million (130,000,000) CFA francs, in consideration of the average price of transactions in the area.
This villa belongs to SCI “Bilbassy”, Société Civile Immobilière Familiale, having its registered office in Dakar (Senegal), Fenêtre Mermoz, with a share capital of: one million (1,000,000) CFA francs, divided into one hundred (100) shares of ten thousand (10,000) CFA francs, in which I hold the remaining 60% and 40% for the benefit of my wife.
II- Company titles:
A- Sixty percent (60%) of the shares of SCI “Bilbassy”, Société Civile Immobilière Familiale, having its registered office in Dakar (Senegal), Fenêtre Mermoz with share capital of: one million (1,000,000) francs CFA, divided into (100) shares of ten thousand (10,000) CFA francs.
B- Seventy percent (70%) of the shares of the company “M3 Consult Sarl”, a limited liability company (SARL) with a capital of: one million (1,000,000) CFA francs, having its registered office in Dakar (Senegal), Sacré coeur 3 villa n ° 10447 and registered in the Trade and Furniture Credit Register of the City of Dakar under the number SN DKR2008B18620.
However, the said company was suspended from activity and put to sleep under the minutes of the deliberations of the Extraordinary General Meeting dated in Dakar on April 11, 2012, and published in accordance with the law.
III- Fleet
A fleet of thirty five (35) various vehicles, which are mainly used for the activities of my party (Editor’s note: Alliance for the Republic – APR).
President Macky Sall also specifies that his wife, Madame Marème Faye Sall, owns two R + 1 villas: one in Sacré Coeur 3 serving as headquarters for the Alliance for the Republic (APR), valued at ninety (80) million, and the other to Comico III, with an estimated value of ninety (90) million ”.
Note that President Macky Sall asked his ministers to declare their assets to the National Office for the Fight against Fraud and Corruption (OFNAC) before the end of August.
Note that this declaration of Macky Sall heritage published, is incomplete. Macky Sall is said to be the holder of no bank account, which, according to lawyer Seybani Sougou, implies that he could not pay his taxes in the forms provided by the regulations in force.
