And then, in the heart of Manhattan, skyscrapers are desperately empty, so much so that we still wonder what they are for.
New Yorkers have been wearing masks wherever they go for almost six months, insecurity has increased – 87% more shootings than in 2019 – the precariousness of society is visible.
