Also, the summit participants expressed support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine, declared their non-recognition of the annexation of Crimea by Russia. Alliance called on Russia refuse to build up troops near the border of Ukraine and stop restricting shipping in parts of the Black Sea.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stressed that Russia will not be able to veto decision on Ukraine’s accession to NATO.
