Hmmm…one I think is the refresh of your screen, the other how many frames per second are delivered/made by your game.
You can have a game that’s only 30 fps on a 140Hz screen, just to name a few.
They can of course be the same, and for the best experience that is also useful …. but as Knijpoog already pointed out, sometimes games sometimes leave a few frames here and there, does not affect the refresh of your screen
So it’s not really the same…
@svenk91 I know, I know what hertz means, but there is a difference between how often your screen refreshes (and we usually express that in hz) and how often your application/game offers a new frame/image (we often express that in fps). The fact that the two are separate from each other also means that they are not exactly the same.
I don’t know which of the two is meant by Nintendo.
