Hamid explained that there are principles and mirror periods in law. Moreover, in Decision No. 20 of the Constitutional Court, it is written that in such a situation, the reasonable terms are one week for appointing a Prime Minister, and one more for the nomination of ministers.
The head of state can implement the constitution immediately – disregarding Ninova, accepting her actions of refusing to produce a prime minister, dissolve this pathetic National Assembly and go to elections immediately, Hamid said. People cannot watch this pitiful torture anymore, he concluded.
