Last Friday, nine Serie A clubs filed a lawsuit against the Sport in the Superior Court of Sports Justice (STJD) asking for the analysis of the case of defender Pedro Henrique, allegedly chosen irregularly by the Pernambuco club
The request presents an infringement of article 214 of the Brazilian Code of Sports Justice, which may result in the loss of points in the five matches in which Pedro Henrique was on the field for Sport. The order was placed by Guild, America-MG, Santos, Chapecoense, Atlético-GO, Cuiabá, Youth, Bahia e Ceará.
Now, the STJD Attorney’s Office will analyze the request to decide whether or not to file a complaint so that the case can be analyzed by the Court.
