No hospital deaths and nine new cases in Brittany. This is the result of the Covid-19 epidemic over the past 48 hours, according to the ARS press release sent on Friday evening.
How many new deaths?
No new deaths have been recorded at the hospital in Brittany in the past 48 hours, according to updated figures from the Regional Health Agency (ARS) this Friday evening. The balance sheet in the Ehpad has not changed either since Tuesday. The death toll from the coronavirus epidemic remains at 255.
How many new cases?
Following the trend of the last few days, only nine new cases of coronavirus are confirmed in Brittany this Friday, compared to Wednesday, including three in Finistère (627), three in Côtes-d’Armor (649) and two in Ille-et -Naughty (735). No new patient was identified in Morbihan (total of 702). Another new case has been diagnosed but its department of residence is not yet known. Since the start of the epidemic, 2,914 people have contracted Covid-19 in the region according to official count.
How many hospital patients?
The number of hospitalized patients is decreasing day by day in Brittany, even if this Friday evening, no decrease was observed in intensive care during the last 48 hours, where eleven people remain in care. Good news, however, there are nine fewer patients in conventional hospitalization, for a total of 143. Thirteen people who were infected were able to reach their homes (1,174 in total).
