The facts occurred this Friday, August 14 in the early morning.
The Beausoleil postal agency, located at the intersection of the streets of Algiers and Bouillargues, was the scene of an attempted robbery on Friday, August 14, shortly before 9 a.m. When an employee arrived at the Post Office, two individuals appeared, threatening the victim with an electric Taser gun.
The thugs asked the employee to give them the contents of the safe. It was the arrival of a second agent and the resistance put up by these La Poste employees that made it possible to put the armed individuals to flight.
The victims, shocked, were taken care of.
In addition, a flagrant investigation for attempted armed robbery was decided by the Nîmes prosecutor’s office and entrusted to the SRPJ in Montpellier.
