Once the return has been registered, the platform will provide you with the label that you must use to send your package back. If you return your order through our Returns Center, the refund may take up to 10 business days. We currently do not offer a free mail-in rebate service unless you have paid with PayPal, in which case shipping costs will be paid. This refund of return costs is a service provided by PayPal Pte.
