Spanish just had a bad storm that threw his flight into disarray. Tourists are trapped there and suffer like in hell.
Reported from Business Insider on Sunday (3/9), Evie Clark shared her vacation experience on the island of Mallorca, Spain through a TikTok video entitled Journey from Hell. Clark will return from Mallorca on August 28 to London, England.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t just the storm that delayed Clark’s flight. Technical problems that occurred at all UK airports made Clark’s return trip not smooth.
Flight EasyJet the order was rescheduled the next day. That means, Clark had to wait for 10 hours.
That time was spent by Clark sleeping. Nowhere but lying on the floor. However, Clark wakes up to an unexpected situation.
“I woke up from a nap due to flooding at the airport,” he says in the video.
Clark shows the leaking ceiling via video. A spokesperson confirmed to Insider that there was a leak at the airport due to weather conditions and it has been fixed.

To help alleviate the suffering of Clark and the other passengers, vouchers worth 9 Euros were provided as compensation. Like falling down a ladder, Clark again unlucky. The designated cafe for exchanging vouchers is closed at lunch time.
“After lying on the airport floor for 9 hours, they moved us upstairs and gave us hope,” he said.
Passengers are asked to line up at the gate. But that hope was again dashed when passengers who had been standing in line for 15 minutes were asked to return to the waiting room.
“Flights will be rearranged tomorrow at 8am,” he said.
Happy wishes are again given to EasyJet passengers. They will be given a hotel room for the night. The next thing is to take their bags that had already entered the baggage check.
“After about an hour of waiting for our bags, I finally saw mine. I was very excited, I took it, but something was strange. Guys, my bag was wet,” he said.
Clark opened his bag and showed that all of his belongings were wet. Bags, clothes and books, nothing is safe.
“Someone said they left our bags in the rain. That’s why our bags all turned out like this,” he replied weakly.
The last hope is the hotel promised by the airline. But that too vanished swallowed by the earth.
“After spending a long time waiting, we were told they would provide hotel accommodation. But when we arrived, the hotel said there were no rooms for us and we should find somewhere else to stay,” she said.
Clark and his family have only two choices, return to the airport or sleep on the hotel couch. Clark didn’t tell him what choice he made.
“My things were soaked through, we had nowhere to sleep and all they gave me were food vouchers.”
